In order to benefit from a reduced rate for treatment, travelers must present a proof of insurance to the hotel (salary certificate or pension coupon) and a medical services in social health insurance system referral ticket. Otherwise, treatment services will be paid as for an uninsured person and tourists will be forced to pay the difference at the reception desk.

Water cures are paid separately at the reception.
